Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups soaked and grinded moong dal.


  • 1/2 tsp roasted chilli flakes


  • 2 tbsp rice flour


  • 1/2 tsp chat masala


  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice


  • 5 nos sliced onion


  • 1 nos chop green chili


  • 2 pinch crushed black pepper


  • 1 tsp salt,to taste


  • 1 inch hing


  • 2 cups oil,for frying

Directions

  • Take a dal mix all ingredients and make a smooth batter add onion .keep rest.
  • Take a wok add oil,then oil heat make a bhajia fry for both sides.
  • Serve crispy tangy bhajia.
