2 cups soaked and grinded moong dal.
1/2 tsp roasted chilli flakes
2 tbsp rice flour
1/2 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp lemon juice
5 nos sliced onion
1 nos chop green chili
2 pinch crushed black pepper
1 tsp salt,to taste
1 inch hing
2 cups oil,for frying
Directions
Take a dal mix all ingredients and make a smooth batter add onion .keep rest.
Take a wok add oil,then oil heat make a bhajia fry for both sides.
Serve crispy tangy bhajia.
